The Food & Nutrition Services department is dedicated to providing the highest quality food and service for students and staff to enhance health, learning, and social environments. Over 100 food service professionals take pride in preparing and serving over 5,500 breakfast and lunch meals daily. Food is prepared onsite with many offerings made from scratch.

District 211 participates in the National School Lunch and Breakfast Programs administered by the United States Department of Agriculture. These programs ensure that meals provide healthy food choices and maintain high nutritional standards.

The letter must contain the complainant’s name, address, telephone number, and a written description of the alleged discriminatory action in sufficient detail to inform the Assistant Secretary for Civil Rights (ASCR) about the nature and date of an alleged civil rights violation. The completed AD-3027 form or letter must be submitted to USDA by:
