    District 211 participates in the USDA’s Summer Food Service Program, which allows the District to provide free meals at approved locations throughout the District. This summer, free meals will be served at the following locations: Palatine, Hoffman Estates, and Conant High Schools.

    While Fremd High School is not eligible for the free summer meal program, Fremd will offer meal service this summer. Complimentary breakfast will be provided for all enrolled students and lunch and snacks are available for purchase.

    Palatine, Hoffman Estates, and Conant

    All students attending Palatine, Hoffman Estates, and Conant during summer school may receive a free breakfast and lunch available in the cafeteria.

    Fremd High School

    Breakfast and lunch meal service will be available in the cafeteria for all summer school students. A complimentary breakfast is offered for students prior to the start of the school day and lunch options are available for purchase for $3.35.

    Community Meals Available at Palatine High School, Conant High School, and Hoffman Estates High School

    All children 18 years and younger are invited for a free breakfast and lunch available in cafeteria at Palatine High School, Conant High School, and Hoffman Estates High School. Meals are available Monday through Thursday, June 3rd through July 18th. Please enter at the main office at each school. 

    Community breakfast will be served from 7:15-7:35 at Hoffman Estates High School and 8:00-8:20 at Palatine High School and Conant High School. Community lunch will be served from 11:40-12 at Hoffman Estates High School and 12:10-12:30 at Palatine High School and Conant High School. Menus for each school can be found here. Children must be present and all meals must be eaten onsite.

The letter must contain the complainant’s name, address, telephone number, and a written description of the alleged discriminatory action in sufficient detail to inform the Assistant Secretary for Civil Rights (ASCR) about the nature and date of an alleged civil rights violation. The completed AD-3027 form or letter must be submitted to USDA by:
