The Hoffman Estates High School Media Center & Student Support Hub Information

The Hoffman Estates High School Media Center & Student Support Hub officially opened its doors in the Spring of 2019. This unique space has been carefully designed, first and foremost, as a learning environment and constructed in which students will feel comfortable. We ask that every Hawk that uses the space follow these expectations:

• Please be sure to have your student ID with you anytime you wish to access the Media Center.
• There is no eating in the Media Center. Please do not bring food into the area.
• Show respect and consideration for others by maintaining a quiet learning environment.
• Only use the main entrance of the Media Center for entering and exiting the space during the school day.
• Mondays – Thursdays, the Media Center will close at 2:45 p.m. All students are required to leave the Media Center at that time. The Media Center will reopen for studying, tutoring, and academics from 3:00 – 5:25 p.m. once the library is set up for after school use.
• On Fridays, the Media Center will close at the conclusion of 4th block. There will no longer be any after school Media Center hours on Fridays, so students will be encouraged to go directly to their club/activity/sport, or go to the bus to go home.
