Dear Parents:

Incoming ninth grade students and their parents are invited to meet with a member of our counseling staff during the summer as part of our new student orientation program. Parents and students have found these sessions to be extremely helpful in gaining an understanding of the curriculum, guidance services, and school activities. Graduation requirements and academic planning will be discussed along with Student Services Department activities and other areas of interest.

Orientation sessions are about 1 1⁄2 hours in length and are scheduled to occur between June 5 and July 18; for your convenience, the specific dates, and times are listed below. Please call the Student Services Office at Hoffman Estates High School (847-755-5630) to sign up for a session.

We are very pleased to offer this program to assist your son or daughter. Please make your reservation as soon as possible as groups fill up and the number in each group is limited. We also ask that you mark your calendar now for our Freshman Kick-off on Thursday, August 1, 2024; more information on this exciting event will be mailed home in July.
