D211 Meal Bags Available

    District 211 food & nutrition services will continue to offer meal bags for students during remote learning. Meals will be available to all students at no cost this school year.

    Curbside Meal Pick-Up Available At All-District 211 High Schools:

    • For your convenience, two days are now available for curbside pick-up: Tuesday or Thursday. All meal bags contain meals for 7 days. Meal pick up is only necessary once per week.

    • Para su conveniencia, ahora hay dos días disponibles para recoger mediante el servicio en automóvil: martes o jueves. Todas las bolsas de comida contienen comidas para 7 días. La recogida de comida solo es necesaria una vez por semana.

    • Every Thursday from 4:00 p.m. – 5 p.m. (Please note due to the Thanksgiving holiday, curbside has been rescheduled for Tuesday, November 24, from 4:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m.).
      • At Hoffman and Palatine High Schools a hot, dinner to-go will be available for all children. For more information, please click here: Dinner Information Flyer
    • NEW! Additional curbside pick-up time now available. Tuesday afternoon pick-up will be available only while all students are in remote learning. Tuesday curbside pick-up will be available: 11/17, 11/24, 12/2
      • 12:30 p.m. – 1:30 p.m., at Fremd, Schaumburg, & Hoffman High Schools
      • 1:00 p.m. - 2:00 p.m., at Palatine and Conant High Schools.
      • At all schools on Tuesday, a ready-to-eat lunch will be available for all children

    No sign up necessary. Meals can be picked up for any child 18 years and younger in the household.

    • Conant High School: Door 25 near the atrium off of Plum Grove Rd. 
    • Fremd High School: Door 7 near the auditorium entrance (entrance off Illinois)
    • Hoffman Estates High School: Door 6A in the back of the school on the Northwest side building
    • Palatine High School: Door 3 on the side of the school near the bus parking
    • Schaumburg High School: Door 9 in the back of the school on the Northwest side of the building

    Please have your trunk empty and available for staff to load meal bags. When you arrive at the pick-up location, follow the posted signage.  Stay in your vehicle. Staff will load meal bags into your trunk.  Children do not need to be present at the time of pick-up. If you are ill, please do not come to the meal bag pick-up location.  Items in the meal bag are perishable and must be stored in the refrigerator or freezer immediately.

    Additional Meal Availability:

    For District 211 families who are unable to pick-up meals during the scheduled curbside pick-up times, please reach out to the Food Service Department to make alternative arrangements. Email slenihan@d211.org or call 847-755-6680.
